1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the website and services offered by PerWord Local SEO (a business division of PerWord Local SEO, Govt. Registered MSME Enterprise, "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client", "User", or "Customer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our website and services.

2. Service Deliverables & Scope

PerWord Local SEO delivers digital marketing services including Google Business Profile (GMB) creation, phone number update assistance, suspended profile reinstatement consulting, Google Maps 3-Pack optimization, website development, and Google Maps Citation Mapping services as described on our Packages & Pricing page.

3. Client Responsibilities & Cooperation

To ensure high-quality campaign execution, the Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date business details (Name, Address, Phone, GST/MSME proof, store signage).
• Grant necessary Manager or Standard access permissions to Google Business Profile or hosting servers.
• Refrain from engaging in keyword spamming, purchasing black-hat synthetic reviews, or creating duplicate profiles during our optimization tenure.

4. Payment Terms & Billing Cycles

• Local Business Growth Package (₹10,000): ₹5,000 advance payment upon kickoff; remaining ₹5,000 payable upon completion of 15 days of active work.
• Monthly GMB Ranking Plans (Starter ₹4,000, Growth ₹5,000, Pro ₹6,500): Billed every 30 days in advance. No annual contracts; cancel anytime.
• Google Maps Citation Mapping Service: 100% one-time payment prior to dataset generation and interactive map deployment.

5. Intellectual Property & Account Ownership

The Client retains 100% ownership of their Google Business Profile, domain name, website content, and brand assets upon payment settlement. All proprietary SEO audit frameworks, scripts, and internal analytical workflows developed by PerWord Local SEO remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, PerWord Local SEO and its directors, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption resulting from Google algorithm shifts, algorithmic policy changes, or third-party service outages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any contractual disputes arising between the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. The courts located in Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
