Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation Freedom

At PerWord Local SEO, we believe in retaining our clients through undeniable performance rather than binding legal lock-ins. You may cancel your Monthly GMB Ranking subscription (Starter, Growth, or Pro Domination) at any time before the beginning of your next 30-day billing cycle without penalty or termination fees.

2. Free Cancellation Period (7 Days)

First-time subscribers may cancel their service within 7 calendar days of their initial payment for a hassle-free cancellation. After the initial 7-day period, standard monthly billing terms apply.

3. How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To request a service cancellation, please send a brief notification email to rahuljitesh4u@gmail.com or inform your dedicated account manager via WhatsApp (+91 7563079476). Please provide:

• Your Business Name & Registered Mobile Number.
• Current Active Plan (e.g. Growth Plan ₹5,000/mo).
• Effective Cancellation Date (Immediate or End of Current Cycle).
• Optional feedback to help us improve our services.

4. Processing & Billing Termination

Cancellation requests are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once finalized, no further recurring invoices or payment deductions will occur. If your service is cancelled mid-cycle, work will continue until the end of the paid 30-day period.

5. Asset Handover & Continuity Protection

Upon cancellation of service:

• You maintain full Primary Ownership and access to your Google Business Profile without disruption.
• Complete administrative credentials for your website and hosting panel will be handed over to you within 5 business days.
• All historical citation spreadsheets, performance reports, and design assets remain yours permanently.
• PerWord Local SEO is not liable for future Google Maps ranking fluctuations that occur after optimization and backlink campaigns are discontinued.
