1. Refund Eligibility Conditions
At PerWord Local SEO, we take immense pride in our technical execution and transparency. Refunds are evaluated and processed under the following specific circumstances:
- Service Not Initiated: In the unlikely event that PerWord Local SEO cancels a project or fails to initiate contracted work within 7 business days of receipt of payment without valid justification.
- Duplicate Charges: Technical errors resulting in multiple deductions for a single transaction will be credited back immediately upon verification.
- Early 7-Day Window (First Month Only): New clients subscribing to a monthly recurring plan who submit a formal written cancellation request within 7 calendar days of their initial payment are eligible for a prorated refund (minus incurred non-refundable third-party costs like domain registration or directory filing fees).
2. Non-Refundable Services & Deliverables
Due to the immediate commitment of specialized engineering hours, direct infrastructure provisioning, and irreversible third-party payments, the following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain name purchases, SSL certificates, and third-party hosting server allocations.
- Services actively rendered for more than 7 days from the kickoff date.
- Delivered Google Maps Citation Mapping Excel spreadsheets and interactive map files once dispatched.
- Delivered website source code, graphic designs, or completed MSME / Udyam government filings.
- Projects terminated or frozen due to client-side policy violations, failure to submit requisite business documents, or fraudulent activities.
3. How to Submit a Refund Claim
To lodge a formal refund request, please follow this procedure:

- Include your registered transaction ID, payment receipt, date of transaction, and a detailed explanation of your claim.
- Our accounts team will review and acknowledge your submission within 3 to 5 business days.
4. Processing & Disbursement Timelines
Upon formal approval, refunds are remitted strictly back to the original source of payment (Bank NEFT/RTGS, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card). Standard bank processing cycles typically take between 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account balance.
5. Account Credits Alternative
At the client's election, approved refund balances may alternatively be credited toward any future PerWord Local SEO service or workshop training session. Account credits remain valid for 12 calendar months and are non-transferable.
